Chris Metcalf of Metcalf Homes, Inc. has been Professionally Building Homes since 1995. This is not to say this is how long he has been building houses. Since he could walk his first steps his father took him under his wing and taught him first hand. Quality and Excellence has always been his trademark.

Licensed in the State of Georgia to build. He is now on his 9th subdivision as well as many other single family custom homes. He has built primarily in Fayette, Coweta and Spaulding counties of Georgia. Chris's has constructed numerous types of homes form all brick to his signature style "Craftsman Style" which has a mixed use of stack stone - hand crafted columns - maintenance free hardi-plank.

Chris currently builds in the price range of $120,000.00 to $400,000.00 and has been involved with homes up to $1,000,000.00. This allows him to use some of the details on the homes that he would otherwise not be privy to use. While many homes tend to look alike, what is inside is what determines the difference, the little details which Chris pays attention to.

Metcalf Homes Inc. offers a 1 year standard builder warranty and a 2/10 is also available. We feel this probably will not be needed since Chris has recieved "Non-Claims" Certificates from the Warranty Company on his products for over 12 years. This is amazing to say the least.

Coweta County - pronounced "Cow-eeta" meaning "water falls" was formed June 9, 1825 as Creek Indian Chief William McIntosh signed the Treaty of Indian Springs. Settlers migrated to the area soon after.

Senoia is named after Chief McIntosh's wife who was a Creek Indian Princess, Senoya He-ne-ha.
